Hello, I am Mia D!

Hi, I'm Mia, the person behind the camera! I'm a hobbyist photographer based out of Wentzville, MO (though I travel often to Columbia and SEMO areas). I have always been obsessed with capturing life's everyday moments, whether it was behind an iPhone 3G back in the day, to the professional camera I have now. I specialize in what I like to call "real-life" photography. Couples, families, seniors, and more; I like to focus on the authenticity of my clients that tells a story. My work is driven by a deep appreciation for the simple things: the ugly laughs, running around, making a mess, and overall, things that don't require much posing. It's just your life!

When I’m not behind the lens, you can find me working as an RN, spending time with family, or out traveling! I am a pretty busy person generally, but I am so happy I decided to take the leap of faith to make this dream a reality. I’m always looking for new ways to push my craft and explore new perspectives, and most of all, meet all of you!
